Return Policy
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, our policies are slightly different from typical retail stores.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may already be underway and cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.
Made-to-Order Items
All jewelry is handcrafted to order rather than pulled from inventory. Materials are allocated specifically for each order and production begins shortly after an order is placed.
For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted for customers who change their mind after ordering.
Defects or Craftsmanship Issues
Every piece is inspected before shipment.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so the issue can be reviewed.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
Replacement items will be produced once the original item has been returned.
Because items are handcrafted to order, refunds are not issued for these situations. Our goal is to ensure you receive a properly finished piece.
Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.
If you are unsure of your size, we recommend being professionally sized before ordering. Ring sizers are also available through our website for the cost of shipping so customers can confirm their size in advance.
Because rings are handcrafted to order, returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted.
In some cases, rings may be able to be adjusted by approximately one size up or down, depending on the design. Larger adjustments may not be possible without remaking the piece.
If a resizing is required, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the adjustment.
Custom, Personalized & Gold Orders
Custom designs, personalized items, and solid gold pieces are final sale.
Because materials are allocated specifically for these orders, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
